Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Oh My Habit ("the App"), published by Lufutu. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Lufutu grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to the usage rules of the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other distribution platform from which you obtained the App.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App
• Use the App in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights

You are responsible for the habits, reminders, and other information you create in the App. You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

Because habit data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining backups and protecting access to your device.

Oh My Habit is a productivity and wellness tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional for medical questions.

Do not rely on the App for emergency situations or time-critical medical decisions.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Lufutu disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lufutu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Lufutu's total liability for any claim relating to the App will be limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required to comply with law or platform policies.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws where Lufutu operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
